7 Night Guided - French Way to Santiago. Camino Frances. Last 100 km from Sarria

THE WALKS 

We meet in the village of Sarria. We will walk the last 100 km from the village of Sarria. Those who would like to qualify for the Compostela Certificate must walk the entire distance from Sarria to Santiago de Compostela.

ITINERARY

Day 1 - Arrive in Sarria.

Day 2 - Sarria to Portomarin. 23 Km 

Day 3 - Portomarin to Palas de Rei. 25 Km

Day 4 - Palas de Rei to Melide. 14 Km

Day 5 - Melide to Arzua. 15 Km

Day 6 - Arzua to Rua/O Pino. 19 Km

Day 7 - Rua to Santiago. 19 Km

Day 8 - Depart after breakfast.

LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY 

The terrain is varied. Rugged mountains, rolling farmland.

ACCOMMODATION

We stay in 3/4 star hotels, Paradores Nacionales (National Historical Heritage Buildings)  and Pazos Gallegos (Galician Heritage Stately House) all with private bathroom.

Extra nights in Santiago could be arranged. Ask for prices.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

- 7 nights accommodation in good quality hotels, Paradores Nacionales and Pazos Gallegos (all with private bath).

- Breakfast daily.

- 7 dinners (wine included). Some dinners are in the hotels, some at restaurants.

- Lunch daily (wine included).

- Transport support.

- Guided walking (bilingual).

- Luggage transfer from hotel to hotel. 

- Pilgrim credentials. These can be stamped each day and presented at the Pilgrims´office in Santiago to receive your “Compostela Certificate”. (on completion of the last 100 Km, it is a great tradition to receive a certificate or “Compostela”)
